It is difficult to get up in the morning and walk with severe knee pain. Knee or bone pain is no longer confined to age. Problems that can occur at any age. This is mainly due to lack of calcium, irregular diet or not exercising.

 

Let's take a look at some home remedies for bone joint pain.

Turmeric and Ginger Tea:  Boil turmeric and ginger in two cups of water and make half a cup of it. Now mix one teaspoon of honey in it and eat it at least twice a day. Turmeric and ginger contain antioxidants that play an active role in curing pain. The antioxidant curcumin in turmeric reduces the secretion of pain-producing hormones.

Salt-water  toast : Sea salt rich in magnesium sulphate is very useful in relieving any pain. Make a mixture by mixing one cup of sea salt in water. This time boil it and apply it on the sore spot. Get comfortable.

Cold-hot pack: Buy therapeutic gels as advised by the doctor. This time heat it and massage it on the sore spot for 15 minutes. When the place gets hot, apply ice on it almost immediately. This way the pain will be reduced quickly by taking hot gel and ice toast in turn.

Fenugreek: There is  no pair of fenugreek to reduce any irritation. Fenugreek contains high levels of anti-oxidants. If you suffer from joint pain, you can soak fenugreek seeds in warm water every day. Or, fenugreek water soaked overnight in the morning on an empty stomach can be beneficial.

Apple Cider Vinegar:  Apple cider vinegar contains magnesium, calcium, potassium and phosphorus which help to flush out toxins from the affected area. Mix two teaspoons of vinegar and a few drops of honey in a cup of warm water and eat 3-4 times a day. Apple cider mixed with olive oil will also benefit.

Carrot-Lemon Juice:  Crush two carrots and extract its juice. This time mix a few drops of lemon juice in it and make juice and eat it on an empty stomach. Eat this juice regularly.  Chili

powder: Red chilli contains the painkiller capsaicin which is very effective in relieving pain. Mix two teaspoons of chilli powder in half a cup of coconut oil and massage it on the sore spot. Leave it for 20 minutes and clean the place with warm water. Massage in this way 4-5 times a day.
