What is anger and its remedy?

What is anger and its remedy?

Anger is the excitement in the body for revenge. Pythagoras says, "Anger begins with ignorance and ends with remorse." Anger makes people ignorant and motivates them to do evil deeds, and as a result, they utter unjust words and do unrighteous deeds with their mouths, which result in a lot of loss and shame.
Is all kinds of anger to blame?
Although anger is generally mentioned in the Qur'an and Hadith as a sinful quality, in special cases it is not sinful but praiseworthy, so the scholars have divided anger into two parts. One is reprehensible and the other is reprehensible.

((1)) Condemnable anger
It is reprehensible to be angry about ordinary worldly things. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) warned us against such anger. Narrated Abu Huraira: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: One cannot become strong by wrestling and defeating; Rather, the strongest is the one who can control himself in the time of anger (anger of worldly interests). So he cannot be called strong or powerful just by overcoming man with physical strength; Rather, the real strong man can be said to be the one who is in control of himself in the time of anger (anger of worldly interests), then he is able to refrain from any unwholesome or inappropriate words and deeds. The real identity of the powerful is to keep oneself free from abusing, slandering, hurting, beating, damaging property, etc. by violating the limits of following the instincts in anger.
(2) Praiseworthy anger
Praise be to God or for the truth. Especially in the case of engaging in the haram declared by Allah, being angry deserves more praise. Such were the Prophets. They were never ruthless in seeking their rights or taking revenge on anyone. Therefore, if the religious leaders are also angry when they go to protest against unjust and haraam acts, then this anger will not fall under the condemnable anger. At present, this class of da'is is seen not only protesting against shirk-bidat and any other kind of evil deeds, but also supporting others who say a few harsh words and remarks in protest of bad deeds, which is in complete accordance with the principles of the Prophet and Dawood of the pre-Islamic era. Violation.
The incident of his people with Musa (AS), when he returned from Mount Tur, saw that the people had abandoned Allah and started worshiping the calf. Then he became very angry with them. He even threw down the plank in which the Torah was written. Brother Aaron grabbed his beard and began to pull it. Allaah mentions the incident and says:
Wilma rj Moses said, bysma smart qvmh ghzban sfa khlftmvny de next jltm dictator rbkm valqy alalvah vakhz Brasov khyh yjrh lyh He said that Ibn Umm multinational astzfvny vkadva yqtlvnny flourished alada’ tshmt secure villa with tjlny multinational alzalmyn
And when Musa (Moses) returned to his people, he was angry and repented, saying: "Did you not represent me after I left you?" Why did you hasten from the command of your Lord and threw down the tablets? And he grabbed his brother's hair and pulled it towards him. The brother said, "O son of my mother, the people overpowered me and even tried to kill me." So don't make me a laughing stock to the enemies. And do not make me one of the wrongdoers. " (Surat al-A'raf: 150) Thus, every strong believer should be angry and protest against the loss of the rights of his Lord.
There are many ways to control anger in the Qur'an-Hadith, one. The angry person changes his position. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, 'When one of you gets angry, let him sit still. If the anger does not subside then he should lie down. ' (Tirmidhi) The speed of anger is upwards, so it is said to slow down to control anger.
Two. Remedy for anger by retrograde objects. The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said, 'Anger comes from Shaytaan, Shaytaan is made of fire. The fire is extinguished by cold water. If you drink cold water, the warmth that is created in the blood due to anger will become cold. In this way anger will fall. (Abu Dawood)
Three. To seek refuge from the devil. Anger is possessed by Satan's whispers. In fact, this anger comes from the devil. To find out, read Auzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Razim. For this reason, Allah Pak said, "If you get any provocation from the devil, then read Auzu Billahi Minash Shaitanir Razim." (Ha-Mim Sajda-38)
Four. Remembering and trying to understand the documents that inspire and restrain anger and warn about its awfulness. When you are angry, you will think that my Creator is much greater than I am. What will I do if he is angry with me? Therefore, if I cannot forgive him, neither will the Creator forgive me. If you digest my anger and forgive him, Allah will forgive me too. In this way anger comes under control. Hadrat Ibn 'Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) if there was any deed that would save him from the wrath of Allah. He said, 'You will not be angry.' (Bukhari).
Five. The person who is angry should be removed from the front or moved away by himself and remain silent during the anger, not even talking about the relevant issues. Narrated Abdullah bin Abbas: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: Teach, make it easy on people, do not be harsh, and if any of you is angry, let him be silent.
Teaching of anger control and tolerance: The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said in front of his Companions, All the Prophets grazed goats. One of the Companions asked, "Have you also grazed?" He replied, "Yes, I also grazed a man's goat for a few dirhams." Goats have a retrograde nature. He wants to go in the opposite direction to the one he wants to take. An angry person cannot graze goats. One has to learn the technique of calming anger by grazing goats. People have retrograde nature, for which they have to adopt strategies regarding religious invitation and teaching.
